Shipping FAQs

• We ship USPS with Flat rate shipping (2-5 days) as well as Priority (1-3 days)
• $3 flat rate shipping is always an option however the turnaround time is 2-14 business days. 
• We ship your items on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday as they are ready. 
• Tracking will be provided. 
• Local pickup is available for you at our shop 439 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40504
• Insurance of $50 is added to all priority shipping customers. 
• Flat rate shipping customers can upgrade and add the insurance by changing it to priority. 
• If for any reason you do not receive your order, please contact the USPS with your tracking number. After we delivery to the USPS, it is out of our hands and nothing else we can do. 
• Business Days are Monday-Friday
